Preferred solution: I bought two sweatshirts one of them I put our date and then I bought a white one where I didnโ€™t know where I could put our names because it never gave me that option and it says your name and I want my and my girlfriends name on it

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

I ordered - and paid - 3 swimsuits from them. I received 1 swimsuit instead, and not even 1 of the 3 I ordered. I write them a bunch of times, via e-mail, from their website, on facebook. After trying to post directly on their facebook page (Aproximatevely a full month after I started to try to reach their attention), I received their answer in which they explain that a mistake has occurred and they were going to send me my order and so on. From then (1st of August) I didn't hear from them at all. I'm blocked on their facebook page, therefore I can't write there no longer, not even a private message. They could hide my message easily, because they need their approval to appear on the page, but they just compeletely shut me out. I'm really, really pissed. They make people doubt on online buying. I feel robbed.

I ordered a skirt and dress from them. The dress was supposed to be reversible but it's not in any way. When I tried them on they were 2-3 sizes too small. I couldn't even get the skirt up past my knees! I measured myself and I've never had a problem with other sites. The material is cheap and feels like if you sneeze too hard your clothes will fall apart. The hems aren't even finished. I emailed their "customer service" 3 times to find out how to get an exchange. They're return policy is bogus. They only give 2 weeks, charge $5 for a restocking fee, require that the tags are still on, and you need to contact them for the mailing address. The items don't even come with tags and no one will respond to the request so you can't even get the address. I tried asking on their Facebook and they deleted my post and blocked me so that I couldn't tarnish their "good name" in front of unsuspecting customers! I wish that I had looked for reviews on other sites before I got sucked in.

I ordered 4 items, 1fit enough, the others were way too small. The exchange policy said it was a 24 hour turn- around once it was returned. I PAID TO RETURN IT & noted what i wanted exchanged as instructed. It was confirmed delivered! That was 3 months ago & i still haven't received anything. I emailed 6x with no response, i filed with the Better Business Bureau who closed my case as "unanswered." I have no more recourse. Now, they have my products & my money. This is the most expensive lesson i have ever had to learn!

Sent me clothes with no hem and loose threads. One pair f leggings was not seen together properly. Emailed about exchanging my one item and never heard back. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered a few different items. What I received was poor quality and did not fit well. I felt like the fabric would tear with little force. I went to their FAQ which tells you to email their support mailbox to get the return address which I did. It's been a week have yet to receive a response despite the fact that the auto-confirmation email you get says you'll get one within 24 hours. I'm concerned now because their website says you only have a limited amount of time to return items from the date you receive your order. How am I supposed to return it within the timeframe when you won't tell me where to send it? I will never buy from them again.

I was getting vague responses from this company via Facebook messenger...they've now blocked me from messeging them so I have no way to contact them. They've also ignored numerous contact attempts from the BBB. This company is garbage, right along with Lotus Leggings.

This company also removes any and all negative reviews! Both of mine have been removed and they were politely written but truthful, which is negative since they suck. There was no reason to remove them except they don't want other potential victims to see what a terrible company they are.

I ordered 2 items through lulutops.com and both items took 3 times longer than they should have to arrive and both items were incorrect. I have emailed the company almost a dozen times and they refuse to respond to me. Their return policy is BS and there is literally NO customer service. Don't bother trying to get a response from them. They do not care as long as they get your money. I also tried contacting them via Facebook messenger and they sent me a link to their return policy and that's it. I will be going to my bank to file a dispute against them and I have already filed a complaint through BBB even though they aren't a BBB company. STAY AWAY FROM LULUTOPS.COM!!!

I ordered 1 skater dress as a test. Did not receive until 30 days after my order.

I emailed them for a tracking number at 25 days and they never responded. Even though I had checked my measurements against their size chart, the dress was WAY too small. Also was not hemmed.

Not worth contacting them for exchange/refund. Order at your own risk.

I fell victim to one of their ads for clothing on Facebook. I placed an order on 1/18 for a "Reversible" dress. Their policy states 5-25 business days for delivery. I received the dress 2 full months afterwards and was sorely disappointed. It was not reversible and it was literally a piece of polyester fabric without hemming. Their refund policy specifically states to contact them for mailing address so I emailed on 3/22, 3/31, and 4/4 without response. I paid $16 for the junk "dress", will be charged for shipping w/ tracking, and assessed a $5 restocking fee for a refund. What a joke! This is a fake company with poor quality fabric that gets clothing made dirt cheap in China and then charges to refund them. Wow.

I have had the same issue. No communication whatsoever has been received after I requested the address to return items. Will never buy from them again.
